Chart is the most useful panel for an active trader. Charts enable users to view Quotes History, analyze market patterns, and make well-informed decisions.

This section describes the Charts panel and it's functions.

The Charts toolbar is fully customizable. Users can change available buttons, order, or grouping of information in context menus. Below are some of the most general features of the Charts panel.

  • Instrument Selection - the field selecting the instrument displayed in the chart.
  • Drawings - a toolbar with drawing tools.
  • Indicators - a field at the bottom for an external indicator.
  • Time zooming - a bar to navigate around the chart.
  • Time frame - the menu for selecting the desired time scale.
  • Time Period - the period to show in History mode.
  • OE - shows trading area - a panel similar to the Order Entry panel, but you can select prices visually. See more in Trading from Charts sections.
  • Visual Advisors - a tool for automated trading where you can set up conditions using visual elements.
  • Data Info - displays information about current cursor position.

To show/hide elements on Chart, right click anywhere within the chart, select View, and check/uncheck the desired items.

Multi-currency charts can be used.

To edit/import/export historical data launch Historical Data Manager tool from Data section of chart's context menu or from More section on the toolbar.
